Admission Process
The admission form can be obtained from the school office .
The School follows a transparent procedure for admissions, in keeping with the procedures of the education department directives.
Provisional Admission : Students waiting for their final examination results can apply for provisional admission which gets confirmed only when the student clears his/her last class and produces the original mark sheet and other relevant documents.
Eligibility for Admissions :-


Play Group :– Child should be 3 years of age (+/- 3 months) and should be able to tell his/her name as well as the parents’ names.

Lower KG :– Child should be 4 years of age (+/- 3 months) and should be able to tell his/her name, and speak about his parents’ and family.

Senior KG :- Child should be 5 years of age (+/- 3 months) and should be familiar with the Lower KG curriculum and be able to share basic information about his/her family.

THERE IS NO ENTRANCE TEST for admission to class I. Admissions are done strictly by draw of lots.

Registration for admission in Class-I only will be open from 15 January for the session beginning April.

The minimum age for admission to class I is 5+ years as on 31st March

Admissions For Other Classes

The number of seats in each class is very limited. Admission to students in other classes will be given subject to availability of seats.


Admissions to Class IX (boarders only) will be on the basis of an Entrance test in English, Science and Mathematics



At the time of admission, the following documents are to be submitted to the School Office.


Original Transfer Certificate. (Where applicable)
Original Birth Certificate along with a photocopy. (The Photo Copy will be retained in the School Office)
Certificate of SC/ST (if applicable)
Mark sheet of previous class passed
Admission and Discipline

1. The decision of admitting a student in the school remains with the management.
2. A Student who joins fresh from home has to produce an official birth certificate such as municipal/baptism certificate in support of date of birth entered at the time of admission and any request to change the date of birth will not be entertained.
3. A Student who attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a School Leaving Certificate from the same school.
4. Promotions are granted on the basis of overall performance of the student throughout the year. It is important to be regular. No test or examination should be missed by the students. Pupils absent from an examination for any reason are not examined separately.
